By visiting, utilizing, or interacting with SnapDevCode (and its associated tools including the Company OA Assessment Studio, DSA Algorithm Visualizers, and SnapDev Code Frame generator), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, please refrain from accessing the website.
2. Acceptable Use of Developer Tools
SnapDevCode is engineered to serve software engineers, computer science students, and tech recruiters as a learning, preparation, and presentation utility. Under these Terms, you agree to:
- Use our code execution runners and sandboxes for lawful algorithms practice and educational purposes.
- Not inject malicious code designed to compromise browser runtimes, exhaust network sockets, or conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure or external verification engines.
- Not utilize automated scrapers to bulk extract copyrighted assessment architectures without prior authorization from the respective rights holders.
3. User Contributions & Submissions
When contributing online assessment problems or algorithm wishlist requests via our community portals, you affirm that your submissions do not infringe upon non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), trade secrets, or proprietary enterprise rights. You grant SnapDevCode a perpetual, royalty-free license to curate, format, and display submitted testcases within our open educational practice catalog.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
SnapDevCode is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee zero latency during external compiler fallback evaluations or uninterrupted up-time for visualizers during high traffic peaks.
In no event shall SnapDevCode, its founders, or maintainers be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to access our suite of engineering utilities.
5. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the absolute right to modify or update these Terms of Service at our discretion to accommodate newly deployed features or evolving legal directives. Your continued utilization of SnapDevCode following any posted changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
